Followed immediately by half an hour of sitting and hoping not to throw up.
Seems the only things I can stomach at the moment are water (not too cold... urgh) and that useless 'sparkling flavored beverage' withno sugar, sodium, calories, or carbohydrates - though only in small doses.
Being sick sucks.
But I only have to last until roughly 5:30 or so, at which point I can go home and hopefully curl up in my bed and sleep for the remainder of the weekend. Though knowing my sleeping patterns, I'll sleep for half an hour and lie there feeling icky for the rest of the night...
Christian, do you WANT me to rip out your spine? I'll do it, I swear. Come here, little boy...
Damned classmates reading over my shoulder.
Crap. Trail Riders (today is Go Texan Day here in Houston. Whoopee.) are clogging up the roads... I hope to god I can get to school and then to Northbrook in time. URGH. We play at 5:08, and thusly need to be there at 4:30 at the latest.
On the plus side, Mr. Dolnik heard our ensemble (we actually played it right, miraculously) and said it sounded fine. So even if we fuck up in a horrible way, he'll know we can play it.
I am very much looking forward to curling up and dying immediately after this contest.
