From here on out, I will probably be making all pasta sauces from scratch. Because (a) I can, dammit, (b) I would like to make a concerted effort to make most of my food from scratch rather than relying on prepackaged products, and (c) I am much less likely to get sick. Mainly (c). I don't know if the sauce itself was bad, or if some asstart customer opened it and put it back on the shelf (I have seen people do this), or what, but my insides forcibly emptied themselves yesterday AM as a result. NOT fun. Since my body doesn't appear to have anything else to get rid of at the moment and the stomach pains have subsided to the occasional twinge, I'm thinking I should be okay. Maybe tomorrow I can try eating again. o___o
In the meantime, I will keep scrubbing at my bathroom floor and walls. Yeeeeccccch.

To balance out that... horrible, mind-and-gut-wrenching recipe thread... I am investigating numerous recipes online. Tish and I once decided that I need to someday run a restaurant... Of course, I'd probably get bogged down and go insane, as I'd try to cater to almost every dietary choice (vegan/vegetarianism, low-fat diets, low-carb/diabetic diets, low-salt, gluten-free, etc. etc), which might cause some complications. At least most of the vegetable dishes would be acceptable on any of those diets... Okay, thinking too much about it, now. But yes. Would nicely satisfy my deep-rooted desire to feed people and my love of cooking.
Drat, now my mind got a hold of that idea, and it will be going over it for a day or so until I am distracted by something shiny.
