Since the puppy was in the room after the swimming before the glasses-hunting, my first guess is that she grabbed 'em and put them somewhere. But we can't find them anywhere (well, I sure as hell can't, my sight has gone to shit in the 4+ years since I last saw a doctor about my eyes, but we had Gabriel with his 20/10 or some such vision looking as well. No-go).
Without my glasses I can't see well (I have to strain to read this on the computer monitor) but the biggest problem is that I can't drive. If I can't drive, I can't do anything.
Thank god Mom and Dad are coming home tonight. If this had happened a week ago, we'd be slightly fucked (Nicole can drive, but she's rarely available between job, social life, and... whatever it is that she does).
Shitshitshitshit. I NEED my glasses.
Edit FOUND 'EM!
She was pawing at something under our desk (this room has a long, built-in desk against one wall). I looked, and saw 'em. Had to drag them out with a long plastic thingy, but I have my glasses again. With several large dents in the lenses from her teeth.
... well, I did need new glasses. Like I said, it's been over 4 years. Still, damn. we've really got to figure out some way to keep her from jumping up to grab things on tables and counters.
