I thought something was up when she didn't run and jump up at me, and when she didn't even try to playbite. We're trying to teach her not to jump/bite, but the sudden absence of the two behaviors when they were present this morning struck me as odd. Then when I let her outside to pee, she didn't run at all - just toddled about a bit. Poor thing - she's very sweet about it, seems almost apologetic. Licked me a lot (where, again, she usually play-bites to show affection) and sat at my feet. No whimpering or any sign of pain when I touched her legs, but her ears aren't alert and she's not all wiggly like she should be when playing.
There's an emergency clinic down the road, but I don't know if this is an emergency.
I can't find my dad, and my mom's not here. Soon as I find one of them, I'll ask them to take a look at her. They're medical professionals for humans, but they may be able to recognize anyththing terribly wrong that would necessitate an emergency visit.
Edit: Dad says she jumped all over he and Emma when they came in. Maybe she was just tired when I saw her...
Still a bit worried, though.
